With the acquisition of an office in Lake Harmony in January 2004, CENTURY 21 Select Group added a new member to its illustrious team. Although we are an new member of CENTURY 21 Select Group, the Lake Harmony office (formerly Pocono West Real Estate) has been proudly serving the Western Pocono area, in both Carbon and Monroe counties, for more than thirty years.
Our office is located on the grounds of Split Rock Resort overlooking beautiful Lake Harmony. The area is comprised of four-season vacation homes as well as primary homes nestled in a majestic mountain setting.
Both buyers and sellers of real estate may choose to be represented by a real estate agent. In Pennsylvania, agents are required to disclose those they represent, and can provide valuable assistance in both the buying and selling processes.
